Standard three-number dialing sequence
Most three-number mechanical combinations require: 4 turns left to the first number, 3 turns right to the second, 2 turns left to the third, then right to open. If you are not getting it to open, call us — we can walk you through it over the phone.

Over time, mechanical dial locks wear down — the dial becomes loose, the tumblers slip, or the combination stops working reliably. We service and rebuild mechanical lock assemblies, restoring smooth, reliable operation.
Combination Changes
Mechanical combination changes require the right tools and technique. We change combinations on all standard three-wheel and four-wheel mechanical lock sets, including high-security UL-rated locks. Work is performed on-site.
Relocker Service
Relockers are a critical security feature — but they can also trigger unexpectedly and lock you out. We service and reset relocker mechanisms on high-security safes without compromising the safe's security integrity.
Lock Replacement
When a mechanical lock is beyond service, we replace it with a properly rated equivalent. We carry common replacement locks and can source specific models for older or less common safes.
Dial & Spindle Repair
A bent or broken spindle, a cracked dial, or a loose dial ring can make a safe difficult or impossible to open. We repair and replace dials and spindles on all standard safe lock configurations.
Lockout & Non-Destructive Entry
If your mechanical lock has failed and you cannot open the safe, we use non-destructive entry techniques whenever possible to regain access without damaging the safe body or door.
