Mechanical Dial Combination Changes
We change combinations on all standard three-wheel and four-wheel mechanical lock sets. The process requires the safe to be open and the lock to be accessible from inside the door. We verify the new combination before closing the safe.
Electronic Keypad Reprogramming
We reprogram electronic lock keypads to a new user code on all major brands. We can also add or remove additional user codes, reset the master code, and configure time delay and lockout features if your lock supports them.
Master Code Resets
If the factory or master code has been lost, we can reset the lock to a known state and program a new master code. This process varies by lock brand and model — call us with your lock brand and we can advise.
Forgotten Combination Recovery
If you have forgotten your combination entirely, we open the safe first using non-destructive techniques, then change the combination to a new one of your choosing before we leave.
